As we approached the river's edge, the friendly bamboo raft guide warmly welcomed us with a genuine smile. His warm demeanor instantly put us at ease and heightened our excitement for the upcoming adventure. Thoughtfully, he provided us with safety jackets to ensure our security during the rafting experience. Additionally, he offered protective covers for our wallets and mobile phones, safeguarding our belongings from the water's playful splashes. Taking safety seriously, he patiently and clearly explained the rafting safety instructions, ensuring we were well-prepared for the journey ahead.

During our bamboo rafting journey, a delightful surprise awaited us as the raft came to a halt in the middle of the river. We eagerly disembarked, following our guide into the heart of the forest. There, amidst the serene surroundings, we stumbled upon a small wooden house where a friendly local awaited us. He skillfully harvested fresh bamboo from the nearby trees and crafted mugs and spoons for each one of us. It was a unique and charming experience to witness his craftsmanship right before our eyes. Soon, the aroma of freshly brewed black coffee filled the air, as the hospitable host prepared the beverage using a firewood cooker. The warm and rich taste of the coffee was complemented by delicious coffee biscuits, thoughtfully saved for our break.
